Always professional and thorough

I called today for help because our ac stopped working and was beyond our ability to fix or even identify the problem. The timing worked out perfectly and Jim came right over. I thought we would have to wait forever but we got super lucky. That never happens!! He found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly and the price was reasonable! I highly recommend them and we will call on them again when we have some more work to do.

We have been a HIM customer for over 25 years both at our previous business and our family homes. They have maintained, repaired and on occasion replaced, our a/c and heating units and I would consider them one of our premier vendors. The office and service personnel are always prompt, professional and friendly. The work is exemplary on all levels and I would recommend them highly. I have been using HIM to service my heating and air conditioning systems since 2004 and cannot say enough about the responsiveness and quality of the services provided. Jim has been our HVAC tech for this entire time and he is the absolute best in my book! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough and with annual maintenance, he was able to extend the life of a Goodman AC unit for close to 30 years - I think that says it all!

HIM Mechanical installed our HVAC and it was the best investment we made to our home. Our home was a difficult install due to its configuration, but HIM did an amazing job and has been maintaining it for us ever since. Great, responsive service, friendly staff and technicians, very knowledgeable and professional, and very fair pricing. Would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
