HIM Mechanical for the win!The three previous HVAC contractors I had out to diagnose the issue all came to the same conlcusion that I needed a new condenser-and the unit was only three years old.Jason from HIM arrived this morning exactly on time, was professional and asked me a few questions about the issue I was having.Within 15 minutes, Jason discovered a crossed wire was causing the issue, that I did not need a new condenser but a recharge of the refrigerant would also be helpful.Jason then made sure cold air was flowing at the correct temperature and assured me that all was good.I'm happy/relieved to know there are some honest contractors out there, I would highly recommend HIM Mechanical!

We have used H I M for almost 27 years for our heating and cooling needs. They installed our original system when our house was built. The techs are always so nice thorough and on time. Any issues we have ever had have been taken care of quickly. We have had both the ac and heating systems replaced and of course we used these guys again. I would not use anyone else

Jim was awesome! He did a great job installing our thermostat, and he took his time explaining how everything worked. As a newer home owner, I really appreciated that Jim went out of his way to explain how everything worked with our HVAC system, and gave us recommendations for how to maintain and improve the systems. I look forward to working with him again and would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service

Always professional and thorough

I called today for help because our ac stopped working and was beyond our ability to fix or even identify the problem. The timing worked out perfectly and Jim came right over. I thought we would have to wait forever but we got super lucky. That never happens!! He found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly and the price was reasonable! I highly recommend them and we will call on them again when we have some more work to do.
